I ordered a sample of the skin care product, Age Rewind, after seeing an ad on Facebook, for $5.95. It offered another product, Luxe Skin, for an additional 5.95 to supplement or activate the first product. It was a 30 day supply & you could cancel if you were dissatisfied. I called as soon as I saw the 5.95 x 2 charges on my credit card so I wouldn't forget and have further charges added to my card. Their customer service coerced me to hold off canceling my account, promising no charges would be made on my card until TWO months later. They said this would give me extra time to try to product sufficiently & they knew I'd love the product enough to stay subscribed. But, if not, I could call by a certain date and cancel and incur no charges. Less than two weeks later, two charges were on my new credit card statement for nearly $90 each. I called immediately demanding a credit only to be told that I had not cancelled in time and the best they could do was give me a 30% credit. When I balked, demanding the full 100% guarantee they touted, I was offered a 50% refund. I refused again, demanding full credit based on their disreputable tactics as well as their satisfaction guaranteed claim. Their scripted statements just kept coming with no satisfaction. I finally hung up and called my credit card company to dispute their charges. I will likely have to change my card number before this saga is over.. Don't fall for their original sample offer.  $5.95 is not worth the hassle you will endure!!!
