Ageless Product Alucia Ultra Premium Anti-Wrinkle ComplexLumella Intensive Eye Serum rip-off skin care and eye care products, do not fall for this scam Los Angeles California
On March 14, 2017 I saw an add on my smart phone for a 14 day free trial offer for Alucia Ultra Premium Anti-Wrinkle Complex for the cost of $4.99, so I decided to order it. When I clicked on the Order tab it took me directly to the payment information page. I put in my information and at the end it asked if i wanted to try the Lumella Eye Serum; I replied no, but they sent it anyway. No where on that screen did it mention that I would be charged 98.39 for 0.5 oz. of wrinkle cream and 89.07 for 0.5 oz. of the eye serum if I did not cancel within 14 days. That is a lot of money for such a small amount of product, which by the way was also not mentioned in the add. I was not aware of these charges until they appeared on my bank statement. I contacted the company to try and get the money refunded and spoke to a young lady named Ciarra. She told me that I could get a refund only if I returned the products unopened and unused. That is ludicrous, how am I supposed to know if I like or want to purchase them in the future if I do not try them!
I truly hope that something can be done for the poor unsuspecting customers like me and so many others who have been duped and ripped off by this company. PLEASE stop them before they become multi-millionaires at the expense of the consumers who are not aware of their scam.
