Please help me these products were not free as reported on the tv and internet. I am on a fixed income senior citzen. Please help me.

We’re sorry that you had such a negative experience with Ageless Youth Serums. We take our customer’s satisfaction very seriously and are continually working on ways to improve our customer service. While we want to help every customer, we clearly state on all websites what the Terms and Conditions of the product offer are, along with a check box where the customer agrees to the terms. All customers must contact customer care at least one day prior of their Trial end date to avoid future charges and shipments.
Before purchasing any product, it’s important to read the Terms/Conditions/Returns, so that you are not surprised by any policies, as well as the price.
We do not run ads that are survey based; we do not advertise free product or free trial.
It has been suggested by several bank and credit card companies that customers are purchasing many different Trial offers and are confused in the process.
Would you be able to provide an order number? I am unable to find you in our system with the information you’ve given here but would like to work with you on a solution.
