We’re sorry that you had such a negative experience. We take our customer’s satisfaction very seriously, and are continually working on ways to improve our customer service. Our records indicate that you entered the wrong address at checkout, which is why you did not receive the package. Since you did not receive the product we have gone ahead and issued a refund for you.
