Complaint Review: AGN AUTO GALLERY - Roswell Georgia

On February 28th I put a down payment of 3000.00 on a 2011 Nissan Maxima at AGN AUTO Gallery. I also put full coverage insurance on my car that day. The owner of AGN AUTO GALLERY Mr. Andrew told me to come back the next day and my car was going to be ready at 12pm. He told me that the paperwork for my car was going to take 1-2hrs to complete. i come back at 12pm like he told me and Mr.Andrew wasn't there.

I was getting upset. Mr. Andrew pulls up in one of the cars he was was supposed to be selling. Im thinking to myself if he's supposed to be selling the car why is he using it for personal use  and also adding miles on it.

So he comes to the door and i asked him is my car ready? He tells me no and that he got too busy to start my paperwork. Im like wow really and i told him to give me my downpayment back he told me its nonrefundable. On top of that he didnt even let me test drive the car.  So now im waiting 1-2 hours for this man to finish my paperwork.

Mr. Andrew didn't finish my paperwork til almost 2pm. So after him and i signed all the paperwork or whatever before i couldve leave out his office he tells me that if my tag gets lost call the police and report it stolen.  So the next morning i wake up and my tag gone. I automatically thought that andrew came and took my tag for the simple fact he said something about that before i left.

I drive back to AGN AUTO GALLERY and told andrew about my tag he told me to call the police. Now sh*t is not adding up. So i had to wait till Monday to go to the tag office and had to ride with "TAG APPLIED FOR" for 2 days. The police stopped me 3 different times in that car. Every time i got pulled over i had to show my Bill of Sale to them because the previous owner name kept popping up on the car. 

Two weeks later March 15th i paid Andrew another 500.00 on the car. So all together i gave this man 3500.00. Not long after i had to buy brand new brakes and rotors which was almost 300.00. The ones on my car was in horrible condition. Every time i came to a stop my car was grinding loud as hell.

My car payments were due on the 1st and 15th of every month and my car payment was approaching soon. On March 28th i changed insurance companies to have cheaper insurance. I was paying 450.00 for full coverage on my car.

So now that is was getting closer to pay my car note i only had 100.00 left on me from paying Andrew 500.00 then changing insurance and also buying brakes and rotors. On top of that my pay check fell on that following Friday April 5th. My bills were due all at the same time before i got paid. 

April 1st i dropped off my fiancé at work that morning and i sat in the parking lot for a few minutes to figure out my bills and all. All of a sudden i hear my car doors unlock im like what the hell. Next thing i know i see Mr. Andrew approaching my car. I got out and asked him what was he doing. He tells me that he's here for my car payment. First of all it was 8am Second he comes to my fiancé job. 

I told him that I have 100.00 on me cash that i can give him. My payment was only 205.00 so i gave him half and told him that i get paid this Friday and i pay him the other half. This man has no type of understanding what so ever. He kept saying that the bank been calling him asking where was my payment. They need their money. So i told him like 5-6 times that im going to give him the rest friday. He took the 100.00 i had and left.

Later that night im sitting in my car setting up the voive command and Bluetooth. I see a car slowing down the street and passes back and forth. Im watching to see who that was and it was Mr Andrew a*s. My car windows was extra tinted so you couldn't see inside my car. Mr. Andrew was walking towards my car all sneaky looking and very nervously.  So he doesn't know im in the car watching him. He starts shaking trying to unlock my car with his spare keys.

He opens the door and im just looking at him. He got so nervous he had to pull out a cigarette. I said what are you doing here Andrew? He said he need his payment because the bank had still beeing calling him so say. Im getting annoyed because i told him that morning i got paid friday. I said Andrew i will pay you friday soon as i get paid. He tells me ok and walks away. April 2nd im at court sitting in my car again and i see Mr. Andrew at the court house. 

Now this man on some weird sh*t. Now he following me everywhere i go trying to take my car after i done gave him half of my payment. Im watching him he walks up to the wrong car and tries to unlock it and fighting to open it. Once again he's nervous and shaking and dropping the keys. So he walks over checking the front bumper looking for the AGN paper plate he has on the car. 

He sees me and asks if i have his payment i told him no the f*ck i don't. He threatens me saying if i don't come up with his money he going to have to take legal action and have me arrested. I said you cant get me arrested when you took partial payment. 

He looks at me with a dumb look on his face and says i need to have my payment. Now this man is stressing me out. Since i know that he's determined to take my car i stayed in my car til Friday. Later that night he followed to my friends house it was around 11pm. I drove to her house to see if he would come there and he show enough did. April 3rd he comes back 2 more times.  

I felt like my privacy was invaded by Andrew popping up everywhere i went. I couldn't leave my car unattended for nothing knowing andrew wanted my car so bad. So April 5th comes i go to AGN AUTO GALLERY to pay my other half he took my money didnt write me a receipt or said anything about anything. So i go take my 3 daughters swimming and my fiancé was going to grab something out the car. 

He comes back and said my car was gone. YES!!!! ANDREW CAME AND TOOK MY CAR!!!!!! I had just paid him 5 hrs ago. Now im really pissed the F*CK OFF!!!! He played me hard. He waited till i paid him and had me thinking everything is good. I called Roswell Police and they told me they couldn't do anything about that. 

Me my 3 daughters and fiancé catches a UBER to AGN AUTO GALLERY. Im mad as hell storming in the building yelling WHERES MY F*CKIN CAR!!!! Mr Darrell the sales Manager looking at me worried. I said to Darrell that ANDREW TOOK MY CAR after i made my payment. 

A few minutes after that andrew pulls up in the same car off the lot. My heart was racing i asked wheres my car he said it was in storage and he was charging me 30 a day for storage fee. How the f*ck he charging storage fees and don't want to tell me where my car at. He refused me to get my personal belongings out my car. I told him to give me my money back. I said why would you take my payment if you was still going to take my car. He refused to give me my money as well. 

He tells me that he repossesed my car because i didnt have insurance and that i drove over 9,000 miles in less than a month. I swear i want to punch the living sh*t out of him. My fiancé said a few words as well and then Andrew told my fiancé that he will call his boss to get him fired. My kids was playing with some toys he had in the building and he started yelling at my kids telling them to stop touch the toys. 

Now im on fire i said DONT YOU RAISE YOUR F*CKING VOICE AT MY KIDS i told them to continue to keep playing. He tells me to shut the f*ck up. At that point i was about ready to go up side his head but my fiancé pulled me back. He calls the cops on us to have us removed off his property. The cops come and tells me that i have to leave. 

Now me my 3 daughters and fiancé are walking in the heat to the nearest bus stop. I didnt get a chance to get nothing out my car. I never got my money back or anything. I didn't have enough money for uber so we had to catch a bus then a train then another bus now we out of money my kids haven't ate they were tired of walking. Im sitting there wanting to bust into tears. 

I gave this man majority of my income tax and lost it in less that a month. Andrew has no heart he even told me that he was going to call state to have my kids taking away from me. Days went by i kept asking andrew where was my car so i can get my things. I went to AGN AUTO GALLERY about 6 times to get my personal things he told me he is not letting me get my own things he is going to pack it.

I said dont touch my stuff ill want to get it my self. He says NOBODY WANTS YOUR F*CKING SH*T YOU HAVE A DISEASE WE HAVE TO USE GLOVES!!!! AND YOU DONT TAKE A SHOWER THE CAR STINKS!!!! As im trying to talk to him he tells me that i cant speak English good because he can't understand me. And keeps telling me to speak English and i need to go back to school.

SO i go pick up my belongings and go through all my things and Andrew stole all my car paperwork that he and i signed. The folder i had it in was cut perfectly even with a box cutter or something. So now he went through all of my fiancé and i important papers and read all of our personal papers. 

So now i dont have proof of any type of paperwork i had on the car PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM AGN AUTO GALLERY PLEASE!!!!!
