This nice lady entered my office with initial complaints of high blood pressure and didn't want to take medication for it. We listened and evaluated her, and developed a strategy and a course of care, which was EXPLAINED on her next visit. We combined Biocranial care, dietary change, and nutritional supplementation to improve her physiology and biochemistry. All charges are explained within the new patient paperwork initially, as well during the report of findings second visit.
She decided to take the nutrition but the visits to my office would be more difficult, as she lives quite a distance from my office. She stated that she would try. I didn't see her or hear anything from her for over several months. She wanted a refund on the nutrition, which was opened and used by her. Our policy with nutrition is that unopened bottles, within a week can be returned. This was not the case. She had opened and used the nutrition.
