I’m a senior citizen of the United States of America, living on a fixed income am writing you pleading for your assistance with a matter involving two a member of your country (Ahiamadzi Richard.)(Aka Kelvin Richard)), cell phone number is ******************** and his so-called sister (Alice Ama Akpamado)(AKA his sister-in-law)), cell phone number *******************.  I understand their current residence is 111 Palace Chief Street, Hohoe. However, I’m told that they are citizens of the country of Nigeria.  The two of them have coned me out of $1,700.00 U.S. Dollars and two cell phones.

I first met Kelvin or Ahiamadzi Richard on social network Facebook on September 12, 2015 and he claimed that he lived in Accra, Ghana and that he worked for Western Union.  He also spooned the story around to make me believe that he was working for his brother in the Volta region and living in Hohoe, Ghana.  After several encounters he convince me to go into business with him and his sister Alice to purchase and run a boutique, because Alice’s she was doing very poorly selling at the market and that to increase her business she needed a permanent structure where she could display more goods and to get her out of the weather.  The estimated cost to open the boutique was about 4,000 Ghana Cedis.  Suddenly the cost of a boutique went from 4,000 Cedis to 40,000 Cedis.  After that exchange I decided to wait until I arrive in Ghana to determine the lay of the land before I invested a large amount of money in the establishment and to setup the boutique.

On or about September 27, 2015, I sent one Samsung S 111, Smartphone and a Blackberry Tour to Kelvin Ahiamadzi Richard and Alice Ama Akpamado so we could communicate back and forth and have the ability to share photos when necessary.  The custom tracking number on the parcel is: CW643000891US and the address given to me by Ahiamadzi Richard to mail the parcel to St. Franco Demonstration P. O. BOX 1OO Hohoe V/R Ghana. Receiver name should be Ahiamadi Richard.  I don’t know what has become of those cell phones since their arrival in Accra Customs.  The United States Postal Tracking Service has them listed as held in customs.

On or about October 12, 2015, I sent  Alice Ama Akpamado $60.00 U.S. dollars to use for incidentals because running around conducting business is expensive and I didn’t want those expenses passed on to Alice Ama Akpamado.  I Western Union $60.00 U.S. dollars to Alice Ama Akpamado and the tracking number is: 065 523 0565.

On October 17, 2015, I Western Union Alice Ama Akpamado $820.00 U.S. Dollars to rent a chamber hall, purchase a mattress and box spring and have enough money left over to purchase incidentals for the room and personal effects.  The plan was that Alice and I share the living quarters during my stay in order to setup the boutique.  The claim number for this transaction is 220 330 0871.  I addressed the Western Union to Alice Ama Akpamado.

Kelvin Ahiamadzi Richard and Alice Ama Akpamado convinced me that Alice Ama Akpamado was living in impervious conditions and she needed to move out of the place she was living in.  Alice gave me a list of furnishing that was needed in order to make the room and sitting room livable.  The list contained items like a television, a television decoder, chairs for the sitting room, a ceiling fan, fridge and carpeting for both rooms.

On October 26, 2015, I sent Alice Ama Akpamado the money she said she needed to buy a television, a television decoder and chairs for the sitting room in the amount of $820.00. The tracking number is: 773-045-0881.

Alice supposedly had the room painted and it was livable. During our daily conversation she told me that the room was painted and ready to be occupied.  I’m thought, or lead to believe that she was in poor living conditions; therefore I encouraged her to move into the room.

After all that happened, I received a chat message from a person in Hohoe who was aware of my case, telling me that Kelvin Ahiamadzi Richard and Alice Ama Akpamado were conning me out of my money.  I didn’t believe her at first until she told me everything that had happened between me, Kelvin Ahiamadzi Richard and Alice Ama Akpamado.  She said that Kelvin Ahiamadzi Richard and Alice Ama Akpamado were telling people and bragging how they were conning me.

I feel so betrayed allowing he two of them have coned me out of $1,700.00 U.S. Dollars and two cell phones.

Please assist me in resolving this matter, return of my $1,700.00 U.S. Dollars and cell phones or arrest the guilty individuals that have conned me.

I am enclosing photos of that Kelvin Ahiamadzi Richard and Alice Ama Akpamado.  I can also provide copies of two of the Western Union transactions and a copy of the Custom’s receipt for the phones. I can provide transcripts of all of our text message conversation between me and Kelvin Ahiamadzi Richard and the conversations between me and Alice Ama Akpamado.
