AHMSI SERVICING This company is impossible to communicate with, they have hidden fees that are tacked on to mortagage payments listed as "other charges". You cannot understand the foreign speaking "customer service" people. Irving Texas
I have had the most frustrating experience with AHMSI they have tacked on charges listed as "other charges" without explanation. I changed my banking institution on 02/18/09 my mortagage payment was on auto-pay.Notifeid AHMSI my new Account and Routing #. Prior to this I attempted to speak to someone in Customer Services to no avail. Despite my fax AHMSI submitted the auto-payment to my old institution thus causing me overdraft fees. Again I faxed my new Auto-payment imformation 02/19/09. On 03/09/09 I recieved a letter from AHMSI acknowledging (finally) my request to change the routing and/account number. THEY HAD THE RIGHT ACCOUNT # AND THE WRONG ROUTING#. I was also informed they would not begin drafting this payment until MAY 2009. (What is wrong with April??) I figure they intend to tack on a late fee of $42.97 in April because it is impossible to get anything STRAIGHT with this company in a timely, coherent, fashion. I will attempt to fax them today 3/14/09 imforming them of the WRONG Routing#, but I have no way of confirming any acknowledgement on their part. This company operates on deliberate miscommunication to tack on fees and illegal charges..Something must be done to stop them.You cannot talk to anyone in TEXAS, and you cannot get any understanding from the so-called Customer Service in INDIA!!
