ahmsi/homeward lower than snake s**t in a wagon rut....and that's pretty low. ugly they have to sneak up on a glass of water just to get a drink....that's pretty ugly! dallas, Texas
These slugs took their time after we had to beg for paperwork for a home modification. It took 5 months to get any paperwork, and all they could say was, "well, we sent it." After completing the paperwork we were contacted and told they needed more information and this work was time sensitive. After they dragged their sorry butts getting us the paperwork.
We were told, even if all the paperwork was completed, there was still no guarantee of any modification.
And our payment is going to jump again within the next month.
I explained, after skipping 2 monthly payments, my husband is a heart patient as well as a diabetic and needs his medicine, that it takes his semi-retirement check and one of my paychecks just to make the payments, then we go two weeks without any money or meads (and I have a seizure disorder) just to make payments. i am 57 he is 64 and I'm the only one employed. In one ear and out the other. I was told my credit would look bad if I didn't make payments and could go to collections. I told them they would have to stand on line at the collections office, because my husband's hospital visits and his 43 providers are taking us to collections too.
We just have no money!
These people are rude, illiterate, from India, Mexico, and any other place than the good oil' USA and they don't understand English.We have always sent any payments return receipt requested for proof of date and time of payment. And still had nasty calls.
Now this is syndicated crime!
