Airflow Appliance Repair are crooks and liars. These shysters are in Orange County as well as Van Nuyes, California
My washer was not spinning so I called these Airflow appliance repair people. The repair guy said it needed a part which, with installation, would cost $189.00. I said "If we replace this part do you guarantee it will work?" He said yes, that's all it needed.
After he installed the part, it still was not spinning. He said he needed to replace a bolt an it would cost another $86.00 dollars and that after that it would work. After he replaced the second part, he said the washer was working and left.
But the washer still wasn't working so I called him back. He said it needed the timer adjusted and it would cost 28 dollars. I paid the twenty eight. He tinkered with the timer and said it was working and left.
It still was not spinning. I called him again. He said something else was wrong with the machine and wanted more money to fix it. I finally came to my senses and told him to forget it.
Apparently these Airflow Appliance guys have a scam going where they try to soak you for as much money as they can. I'm guessing they are not concerned about repeat business. They have a giant ad on the net and probably get a ton of unsuspecting customers just like me.
On the receipt it says they are in Van Nuys but they have an office in Orange County and that's the one I called.
I wish is had called Sears because they guarantee their work.
