I placed an order on May 7, 2015 @ 12:28 am.  I recceived an order confirmation via my email thanking me for my order with Alana Sky Boutique, and the email was to confirm m recent order and shipping address.

On June 23, 2015, I sent an email reminder that I'd received an order confirmation, but I had no firther notifications of when the item would be shipped or if the order had been processed.

On June 23, 2015 @ 6:29 pm, I received a response email from Alana Sky Boutique, stating that the vendor for the item that i ordered pushed shipping back for 6 weeks after they had processed my order, and they expressed their sincere apologies for the delay, and as soon as the dresses arrive, my order will ship promptly, then they thanked me for my patience.

On August 14, 2015 @ 1:18 am, I sent them an email inquiring about the order that was placed on May 7, 2015 which I still hadn't received, and its now exceeded the add'l 6 week mark that they'd previously stated, and that I would appreciate them giving this matter their immediate attention, or send me a refund before legal action is taken.

On September 9, 2015 @ 9:06 pm I sent yet another email informing them that I still hadn't received the item that I ordered, I didn't get any response to my email.  I sent and add'l email on the same day innforming them that it has now been 4 months since they'd confirmed my recent order and I really don't understand why they are responding or submitting a refund at this point.  I informed them that I'm no longer interested in the item, and I would greatly appreciate a full refund.

Today, May 4, 2015, almost a year later, I still havent heard from Alana Sky Boutique, I sent my last and final email to them requesting a refund, and they still have not responded.  I would don't apprecitate the lies and deceit.  At this point I would appreciate a full refund of $58 which was charged to my account.
