I am reading this complaint rebuttal and notice that Alaskan Home Services says they have 32 years of happy customers, Then why should the Customer have to call to remind Alaskan about coming out to Honor thier service contract. It they were truely a customer service drivin company they would make the reminders on their own and contact the home owner they have a contract with. We do live in an age where computers will set up reminders and appt's don't we?

The rebuttal from the Alaskan is an outright lie, period. Want proof? Ask them for the documentation showing their calls &/or visits, much less attempts. And for their rebuttal to say I never called to schedule services - wrong again. I called countless times to find-out why my contract with them was not being honored, being shunned every time. I have the phone records to prove this. On the other hand, the current company that does take care of our HVAC (Stanley Home Services, LLC, 480-458-5668) due to Alaskan's incompetence, calls a minimum of twice per quarter for check-ups, along with scheduling service calls for the spring & summer. They are terrific, which is the exact opposite of what I received from Alaskan, for far less. I absolutely recommend them. We also receive the same quality of service from Bulwark Extermination. For Alaskan to post an outright lie is dishonorable at best - Shame on them.

all services were honored, customer never called to schedule tune ups. we are a very respectable company that has been servicing the valley for over 32 years. i strongly disagreee with the customer remarks.
