What was the reason Mercantile Bank gave you for suspending your account? It had to be something besides the BBB. One complaint from the BBB does not warrant closure of your merchant account? Were you perhaps selling something you weren't set up for? DId you respond to all customer inquiries? Was your product or service of good condition? Please help me to understand.

i have dealt with those guys before they are the worst bank out there, my freind had bussiness with them he had one complaint by the BBB and they canceld his account, i think that is wrong and relying on the BBB wich is a complete scam here in florida i agree with you, all they want to do is get paid ,a good bank should not rely on a company like the BBB they should do internal investigations ,mercantile is a rip off i dealt with them in fortlauderdale ,do not use them bad bank thanks

Could it maybe be that the person who filed the BBB report, also reported fraudulent activity on your part to your bank?
