Lost an auction on eBay. I thought I knew all the things to look for to avoid being scammed. Turns out I am not the only one. Eldomingodef contacted me via email saying item still available. Claims to be Zoe from Spain. Says I will wire the money and they will ship. Long story short- after checking repeatedly that I avoid any fraudulent seller I go ahead and do it. Seemed like a good deal dispute being over $8000! I know. Hindsight is 20/20.
She/he/Zoe had all the right answers. They cheat you by shipping correos and it "accidentally" goes to China. And they say they will have it shipped back to Spain and sent off. Now I realize the severity of the fraud seeing that this happened to one other person on here. If there is any way to get my money back or sue, I would be very appreciative of help. It is a LOT of money and I am not rich.
