Alder Security Na They are rip off. They will mot replace batteries. Charlotte North Carolina
When I signed. the rep (Jesse Alo) assured me he lived close and if any issues call him. Within 2 weeks had an issue with the system berping constantly. Call him no answer. Valled several time..no answer. Called company finally got a call nack. Je 2as in the area and would be by. Two years later still waiting for later. Oh well. Company finally worked it out after a week.
Now I have had to replace batteries in sensors and main panel box 2 times within 6 months. When called 1st two times they were tude and unhelpful. Oh yea..told me the type of batteries I neede. Oh well.help where you get it. Anyway had to repest about 3 months later. Now about 2 to 3 months later repeating it again.
Just got off phone with them and they have no techs available at this time in my area..so they will call. I told them the last time the tech was going to call 2 months later still waiting. Do not sign with this company. Lousy. Unprofessional. Rude. Liars. Liars, big time liars to me so far. Never again. He is supposed to call tomorrow.
I will let you know if the do. I dont believe they will but will see. Headed now for BBC website to post a complaint.
