Alex Averhoff and Devan Desai, you scoundrals will never change.

If you have any shame, try making money with your own hard work rather than cheating others by not paying their wages.

I hope one you guys get caught and put behind bars with heavy penalty so you don't dare think about cheating others.

To everybody who is either thinking about doing business with Alex Averhoff or Devan Desai or looking into into, here are my reponses so that it can help you make informed decisions.

This post is completely false. Bishal Gupta is an H-1 Indian that I brought over from India. I paid $10,000 to bring him over from India. It was a long process but I finally brought him over as my first H1 of many that I planned to bring over from India and work with me as a contractor. 3 months after he came to the US he joined another firm and left me and my company high and dry. All my investment down the drain. I paid monthly and when I found out he left, you bet your a*s I stopped paying him. There is no judgement found under my name.....it is non existant. The one who should be ashamed is Bishal Gupta. He took advantage of a company who was willing to help a foreigner come make a good living. And what does he do? He leaves us high and dry and transfers his Visa over to another company. I will never tolerate that!!! Never again will I sponsor a foreigner to come work for me. Lesson learned. His only recourse was to write some bull crap story that I ripped him off. Typical!!! That's all that people like him can do. Write non sense online. Truth: I came this country in 1997 to do my bachelors on F1B visa. I went to a small private liberal arts college in Wisconsin on a merit partial scholarship. I then transferred to a bigger university in Texas to do a major in Computer Science. I secured a full time job following my graduation with a company that I was doing internship with in Texan and who also sponsored my first ever H1B visa. I was already on H1B when I joined Alex Averhoff's and Devan Desai's company called Toriatech back in 2005. Btw, I was not an Indian, I was Nepalese at that time and Alex Averhoff did not bring me from anywhere because I was already in this country for 8 years prior to that. He did not pay any money to do my H1B and bring me from outside of USA becauase I was already here on H1B with another company. All he did was transfer my H1B ( including the applicaple transfer fees) to his company which was required before I can work for him. Other than that all he spent was $1000 to cover my relocation expense from Texas to California where I was going to do the consulting job at his client site.

Alex Averhoff and Devan Desai of Toriatech owe me around over $25,000 in unpaid wages plus attorney fees. They are thieves and a big liars. I was working as contractor in California when I was his employee in 2005.I have default judgement aginst him from Superior Court of California for unpaid wages,punitive damages,a fines totaling $58,000 and having it getting it excuted in the state of Florida. Just to to make everybody aware, do not do any business with Alex Averhoff or Devan Desai. It seem they keep doing business with different company names. Devan Desai is partner in crime. He is a thief as well. My judgement is good for 10 years and accrues 10% interest. Anyway, whereever they might be hiding, I will not let my hard earned money go away like that. I had devoted my weekends and nights working for the client to make that wage. Seriously, this guy Alex Averhoff should be in Jail for continuing to committ so many frauds.I will say it LOUD again, DO NOT WORK WITH ALEX AVERHOFF or DEVAN DESAI. I recently heard on dice forum that he Devan goes by the name 'Danny' as well. I have dozens of email where Alex is admitting that he owes me $18,500..but he never paid even after I filed lawsuite against him. Also, he is a very manipulative guy and tries to get sympathy and buys time telling everybody that his is going to file bankruptcy. All he is doing is taking advantage of the flexible corporate laws and cheating people by taking their hard earned money. Dev Desai also works with him and and tries to put a nice face before the consultants but he is also a cheater. He told me that he had left Alex Averhoff after Toriatech, but it seems he is back working with him using new company names. Bishal, Seattle, Washington U.S.A.
