I went against my better judgement and ordered from an infomercial the Alexis Vogel cosmetic system. It was supposed to be billed in four payments to my credit card.

I received my shipment, the product was not very good and made me look like a clown after an hour of applying. About one month later I received a second shipment even though I only ordered one. I was charged for the second shipment. I sent it back and called customer service. I never once got an apology or any politeness from customer service. I was told I would be reimbursed within a certain period of time.

After the determined length of time passed I was only reimbursed for the shipping and handling and the amount I told customer service that it cost to send it back. In addition I was charged for another monthly installment. Customer service was rather rude and said that it would take another length of time to process my request for reimbursement.

I didn't believe her a second time and asked if she could stop any further installments from being charged to my card, as I would have fully paid for the shipment that I kept.
