Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought a car from them on may 3rd 2015, and then my first payment was schedule for june 17, then they called me and said that we had to do a new contract because all the paper work and the contract the vin number was wrong, so that means that i was driving a car with a different vin number than the one i had on the DMV permit that goes on the windshield, and also i insured my car with the wrong vin number, so i was lucky i didnt have an accident, or the police didnt stop me, so on june 1st we did a the new contract we did the due date for my first payment change from june 17 to july 17, so i thought that everything was solve and that i wouldnt have to come back to the dealer no more but i was wrong the nightmare was going to star, then on june 18th Nissan finance Company called me asking for his payment, and i told them that we did a 2nd contract on june 1st, and i thought that it was going to take some time for the Bank to update the new contract, but i called the dealer and asked them, how come the bank was asking for a payment, i talked to Albert lee from finance and he said dont worry we already sent the new contract to the bank, dont make this payment,,,,,, so the bank kept calling me to my cell phone and my work phone, it was so annoying to have so many calls. I decided to go in person to the dealer, I talked to Serge (the financial manager) I explained him all the story and he said come on monday the bank is closed. So i went there again on the next week and we found out there was a problem with the contract and they were trying to fix it at the last moment, so by that time my credit score dropped by 100 point today is august 1st and acoording to the bank i still owe them money and my crefit score still the same, i havent received the registration from the DMV, and the permit that i have on the windshield is different than the cars VIN number.THEY ARE NOT PTOFFESIONAL DONT MAKE BUSSINESS WITH THEM

Not Alone! NMAC NISSAN is hiding something

You are not alone! I just Googled the phone number 800-777-6116 that keeps calling and hanging up on my voice mail. When I did pick up, they hung up on me when I asked for their contact info.

This is in the midst of my 27 DOCUMENTED CALLS and 3 FAXES to Star Nissan, Niles IL. After 26 calls, between 6/26-9/11/15, I was told by Greg Weinberg (Financial Manager) to just mail a payment to the dealer, not NMAC. I told him I'm not going to mail a check to the dealer since I when I called NMAC (Nissan Moter Acceptance Company) and entered my social security number the automated message said that it did not recognize me. I attempted to get my account number and the dealership told me they have no records! Greg told me, "We send EVERYTHING to the financing company."

Of course, who would believe that? Not me. I contacted my attorney as my credit score is now down 30 points. I'm assuming that it will decrease another 30 points per month. I started with a score of over 750! There MUST be some scam as the dealer delays sending paperwork to the finance company- hence, maybe they end up with cash that they can make interest on? I don't know. It makes no sense to me, but I find it AMAZING that we share the EXACT SAME PROBLEM! There's something here to seriously investigate!

I contacted my State gov't (Consumer Regulations) and mailed a complaint. I suggest you do the same. A few days ago, I gave up contacting the Star Nissan, Niles IL and contacted my attorney. Funny how she was able to get put through the GM office once she said she was an attorney. I will post again as this matter continues. I do anticipate a LEGAL BATTLE.
