ll About Challenge Coins, with a legal name of, “All About Network, LLC.” refuses to give a refund on a defective order of Custom Challenge Coins that it admits was defective in its manufacture.

Photos and greater detail at: challengecoinreview.com

This customer review is based upon having placed an order for 500 custom Challenge Coins from All About Challenge Coins, specifying that there was a time sensitive window, after which the challenge coin would be worthless.

The customer paid the vendor $2,985.00 in advance, relying upon the representations of All About Challenge Coins that the quality would be as represented, it would be substantially similar to the proof and delivery would meet the specifically discussed window of opportunity. The actual coins were not representative of the proofs.

The customer expected quality substantially similar to the proof, which was developed for the customer by All About Challenge Coins.

What All About Challenge Coins delivered did not represent the clean, crisp quality depicted in the vendor's proof, nor was the quality as represented by the vendor.

Furthermore, the dual plating on the coins is highly flawed. See Coin Photos at: challengecoinreview.com

On Approximately June 13, 2018, All About Challenge Coins stated that the delivery could be expected by approximately July 2, 2018 or July 3, 2018. However, if it did not deliver by July 3, 2018, it would not be delivered until July 5, 2018, as July 4th was a holiday.

On July 12, 2018, the order already late, All About Challenge Coins advised that "some coins had quality issues and had to be remade..." The order was already significantly late. The package was not delivered until July 23, 2018 - twenty days late.

The coins are defective in manufacturer. The plating on the coins is defective. The enamel fill on the coins is defective.

All About Challenge Coins has admitted that its "...production has reviewed the photos and has agreed..." The coins are defective.

Despite the fact that All About Challenge Coins agrees that the job was defective and would need to be remade, it has and continues to refuse to give its customer a refund.

All About Challenge Coins was aware that this was a unique challenge coin, and that its window of opportunity was only through the 2018 midterm election on November 6, 2018.

The customer has spent thousands of dollars in social media development, website development, legal fees and promotional campaigns. Missing the window of opportunity would be the same as ordering challenge coins, pins or awards for a sports championship. Once that championship game day has passed, the awards that could not be used because they were defective are worthless.

Despite the substantial losses that the customer has suffered, the customer offered a very generous and amicable resolution for All About Challenge Coins to simply refund the cost of the coins, ($2,985.00), and the customer would absorb all other losses.

All About Challenge Coins refused that generous offer to resolve its manufacturing mistake, and refused to offer to resolve the matter by simply issuing a refund of the price paid for the defective coins.

See The Proof and compare it to the actual photos of the coins that the customer paid for and received at http://www.challengecoinreview.com.

All About Challenge Coins has and continues to refuse to give a refund, even though the vendor admitted that its production advised that some coins had quality issues and had to be remade, and subsequently admitted that the entire batch of coins were of an unacceptable quality, requiring that the coins needed to be remade in their entirety.

The customer explained that the window of opportunity for this challenge coin had passed, and that the manufacture of the challenge coin was so flawed in multiple areas that arguably All About Challenge Coins selected a vendor that may not have had the skills to complete this job properly.

A remake by a manufacturer that did not have the capabilities combined with the loss of opportunity could only provide one reasonable solution - a refund.

All About Challenge Coins refused a generous offer to resolve the issue with its customer by simply issuing a refund of the about the customer paid.

Response to All About Challenge Coins customer complaint

Mon, October 22, 2018

This customer placed an order with our company on June 13th, 2018 for 500 coins. His order was delivered on July 24th, 2018. At the time of the delivery he called and notified us that the coins had been received and he liked them very much. He liked them so much he mailed us a physical sample for our records on July 25th. At that time, he had zero complaints about the order. He also mentioned that he would be ordering more since the coins were great.

He then sent an email on October 3rd stating he wanted to discuss his order. On October 9th we spoke to the customer and on that date, almost 3 months after telling us the coins were great, stated there were problems with the order and he wanted a refund. We reminded the customer that as per the terms and conditions he agreed to when the order was placed, he needed to notify us of any issue with the order within 30 days of receipt. Our terms and conditions also clearly indicate that no refunds will be issued for the order. If a problem is found with the order it can be remade at no charge. The link to our terms is as follows: http://allaboutchallengecoins.com/terms.html

We attempted to work with this customer even though the timeline of 30 days had long expired when contacted us in October. We are willing to remake the order for him at no charge, but we stand behind not issuing a refund.
