I followed Bambi, the groomer, from Urban Mutts to All About Paws. Bambi has always did quality work and is the only groomer there that does an excellent job on Puddles. Unfortunately, Bambi is no longer there and When it came time for my baby, Puddles, to be groomed Deanna assured me that they would be able to groom Puddles the same way because it is written on her card. On December 5, 2015, I took Puddles in for her standing appointment. When I picked her up she was SCALPED! Deanna stated that the girl that groomed Puddles, Danielle, read the wrong card and cut Puddles incorrectly. First, why would any dog be cut that low in the winter time. Also, it appears to me that the staff is incompetent. They offered to give me 10% off...REALLY!!! That won't bring her hair back! Deanna even suggested that I view Danielle's work on the website because she normally does good work. Why would I care what is on the website! I have first hand knowledge of the crappy work that Danielle does! Our pets are family. This is unacceptable. All About Paws should be careful and hire people that treat our pets special. Now I have to search and search for another groomer because All About Paws is NOT the one.
