All American Homes Rental Management They have not given us rent money in months. They are dishonest. soldiers misfortune calling from Iraq victim of All American Homes Rental Management Fayettville, NC North Carolina
They are an aquatints rental propertie management because he lives out of state. He has not received a rent check in months. When he ask for an explanation they sent him copies of reciepts and work orders that they made. They did not send receipts for the work orders, but they said the work was done. There is no proof of that. All repairs over $100 are suppose to be approved by the homeowner and they have never contacted him first.
All receipts and work orders are dated four months prior but when he requested to know why he did not recieve Jan. rent check they sent the exact same receipts and work orders. Something doesn't make sense.
Then a couple days ago he was informed there were more repairs needed. How convenient. However some of them they say are needed they supposedly did in oct. and nov.
The Home owner is in Iraq and cannot take care of this easily and when he called to speak to the manager her secratary told her he was on the phone but she would not take his call. He told her he was calling from Iraq but she still didn't take his call. She did ask for a callback #. Give me a break, a callback # to a war zone. These people are obviously not too bright.
I wanted to share this soldiers misfortune with you because if they will treat a dedicated soldier serving our country they will do it too anyone.
