DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  They do NOT stand behind their products.  They take an exhorbitant amount of time to process orders.  (Picture your car out of service for more than a month.)  Worse, when there are problems, they don't make any effort at all to resolve them.  When our first PCM from them failed after about 8 months, they refused to replace it as we couldn't find the receipt.  (Ok, our bad, but one would think that with all of the info they have on each of these computers, they could tell exactly, with a quick read, everything about it, including that it was theirs and when it was issued.) 

After purchasing another one (and carefully keeping the receipt, shipping the old unit back), it quit after 10 months. (Also a concern. Their PCMs simply don't last!) We learned our lesson, having kept the receipt. A quick call should get a new one on the way, right?? Wrong! They claimed not to have received the old unit back and if we couldn't provide tracking info, they wouldn't replace it. The burden of proof was on us! Try as we might, we couldn't get the tracking info from UPS. It had just been too long. They never notified us that they hadn't received it (if in fact that was the case).

It is this "Customer is Wrong" attitude that is most chilling.  DO NOT USE THEM.  Use a reputable company!!

It is very obvious that the posting above from "George" is from one of our competitors. This would be in attempt to sabotage our great reputation. I have not been able to find any customer from Henderson Nevada in our database. I did find the same exact post under a different name on another site. I am not going to say that our parts are 100% perfect, these are electrical units and sometimes damages are overlooked or happen during handling. We strive ourselves in great customer service. Unfortunately there is cases where the vehicle was not diagnosed properly and/or other issues with the vehicle were not corrected and damage the sensitive module. We are always here to help and work with our valued customers. We have, in many cases issue a replacement unit after concluding 100% that the damages were caused by the vehicle.

We have a B on the BBB site which is much better than all our competition. We will not change our name as other companies do to prevent the consumer from reading real reviews from actual customers.
