I just thought I would mention that All Creatures Animal Hospital has moved from the above address. (They are still in Murrieta, but on Murrieta Hot Springs rd). There is a totally different veterinary hospital at 39885 Alta Murrieta Dr, that is not affiliated with Dr. Ahmed in any way.

To all conscious customers may we start by saying we would love to have the chance to give you the opportunity to see us for yourself? We invite all new clients as always for a first time visit free of charge. We ask that you come in and make your own evaluation of our staff and facility. As always any complaint made well be evaluated on a case-to-case basis. For example this complaint made by a disgruntled ex-employee who was repeatedly written up for being late, giving major attitude with everything, and not completing work in a timely matter was thus terminated for no show on scheduled work after being given time off due to personal reasons. Which the staff at All Creatures Animal Hospital feel its not necessary to leave open to the public eye. In response to the many complaints that this ex staff member had. 1. Any fecal sample done in our hospital showing worms any clients are more than welcome to look for themselves, which has been done in the past. In response to charges every hospital has individual pricing, as does any company. Anywhere you go at any time if a client feels a price is to high they may feel free to not sign the estimate sheet that is given before any treatment is given to the pet to include emergency treatment which is standard practice to our hospital. When the doctor gives an exam on any pet an estimate is given. The estimate is given for what needs to be done and what should be done then it is all up to the client on what they want to do. All work to be done is optional and only administered after the client has signed the estimate sheen or has been contacted over the phone. 3. As for sick animals n our hospital it is common sense that this is a hospital where SICK ANIMALS GO. As in any hospital where sick animals come as in any hospital there is an isolation room with outside door access in the back. Animals brought into the hospital suspected to have kennel cough are immediately placed in a room away from all other patients as to eliminate any spreading of the disease. 4. As it is rare that any of our pets have gotten sick from other pets in the hospital, it is possible that animals walking in and out of the hospital may contact each other outside or in the waiting room. If anything were to happen here we would be more than willing to take care of the expenses. Fortunately, we have never had this problem here. 5. Surgeries not being sterile/ Every hospital is maintained by the state and checked often for sterile conditions, medications, etc., as we have been in business for seven years at this facility alone we have never failed our inspections. As for the comments from other DVMS in the area, we at ACAH feel that the quality of veterinary services in our valley is outstanding. 6. As for the staff member (whom was disciplined) walking the dog, which at the time was frightened by another dog had walked out of his leash and ran off. In 25 years of practice here and elsewhere, Doctor Ahmed staff has never lost a pet. All employees were called in immediately on Thanksgiving Day to search for the dog through the night and into the next day, placing flyers and phone calls everywhere until the dog was ultimately found. Apologies were profusely given to this long time client, who is in fact still very happy with our facility and returned the following weekend for boarding. All employees at ACAH as a whole feel that Doctor Ahmed is not rude to his staff and understand that when it comes to the health and welfare of any of our pets in the hospital sometimes requires an abrupt or quick response from the doctor to assure that all is complete and handled well with each pet. As far as we are concerned this is nothing more than a concerned doctor who assures that all staff members know exactly what is going on and what needs to be done. No employee at ACAH is afraid to stand up to the doctor for any reason. For example, when staff members need extra money or ask for extra work, many odd jobs do include household help, among many other things, are offered to the staff members to make the extra money. Many staff members accept this help and many have declined. NO BIG DEAL. But thanks to Dr. Ahmed for his generosity and finding whatever else he can to help the staff in any way he can. As for discrimination of employees, we feel that each of our employees are hired on the basis of their willingness to work hard and to learn. This would include a multi-racial staff, our hearing-impaired volunteers, and anyone else who is willing to work hard. We don't consider this a rebuttal this is just the way we run our practice.
