Company call the day of pick up ask if they can pick up the 2pm scheduled appointment at 7AM i said ok great.

On the day of saturday June 13,2015 we were scheduled to do a pickup for Angel Colon in Bronx,NY with delivery to Boca Raton,Fl. He was not atthe pickup. The person at pickup was Jesmer Colon. The list of items Angel provided to us when he reserved his move was full size bed,queen size bed,loveseat,sofa,7 boxes and 60 inch tv. The customer was scheduled for pickup between 2-3pm because we had another customer scheduled for a morning pickup but had to reschedule so contascted customer in regards to doing pickup earlier. We spoke to Angel at around 8:30am and arrived at the pickup location at around 9:15am. When customer reseved his move he was told packing materials were an sadditional cost.

He purchased 4 boxes and we gave him 3 boxes for free. He never said the tv weas mounted on a wall or that it needed to be packed. Customer didnt tell us he had a platform with drawers that needed to be moved. The additional item takes up additional space and packing is addtional forth etv. We contacted Angel and informed him there would be difference in the price. Cudtomer became very nasty and he decided to cancel the move. On the agreement that was provided it clearly stsates if customer cancels the move the deposit is nonrefundable. Our guys still showed up to work and need to be compensated for there time as well as the expense of gas as well. We were upfront with this customer and did not rip him off in any manner and it is a shame that he would lie publicly and defame our company and shows lack of class on his behalf.
