All Gifts And Weddings.com Accepted payment for cake topper yet never mailed product or refund Internet
I ordered a "Gone Fishing" cake topper from All Gifts and Weddings back in April of 2007, 3 months prior to my wedding. They promised to ship the product within 2-3 business days and yet I never received it. After waiting 1 week, I e-mailed the company and was informed that the product was on back order and that it was going to take 2 weeks to get it.
After waiting another 2 weeks, I sent them another email asking about the cake topper or a refund. At that point I was informed that their website had been down and that is why it was taking so long. They informed me at that point that they didn't believe they could get the cake topper to me in time and that they would issue a refund. I didn't hear from the company again until october. I highly suggest not using this company, because it is now April 10, 2008 and I have still not received my topper or refund.
