I was billed nearly 4 times what I was quoted to move our personal goods.($1,943) It took the crew more than twice as long as they had advised, even throughout the move-they repeated several times, "we'll be done in an hour or two. When I returned from work after 5pm, they were still there and had started before 9am.

When the bill came, it included even more 'SURPRISE' charges, $120 for fuel for an 11 mile trip, $100 for boxes of which there were 10 medium size provided. My dispute letter was returned with a call from the local owner, who was extremely argumentative, rude, and inflexible. He removed the fake fuel charge and half the box charges-$167.

I went to their office/warehouse to retrieve some of my property and was told there would be more labor charges and they'd have to go through all my stuff to find specific items as it wasn't itemized in inventory.

When I returned with another moving company to move my property from 'the extortionists', they refused to allow me inspection until I signed off on all inventory that it was not damaged. When I refused to sign until having the right to inspect my property, the owner went 'balistic' again and screamed for me "to get the f*&%" out of his office and leave.

I ultimately had to call the Houston Police Dept and request they dispatch an officer to obtain my goods. The other company moved the same property to 2 seperate locations after having to uppack and repack it from the 'rip-off' company and the job was done in 1/3 the time for 1/3 the cost.

NEVER, NEVER, EVER, USE ALL MY SONS MOVING & STORAGE. ...AND IF YOU EVER MEET THE OWNER, DAVID QUEEN, TELL HIM I SAID HE'S AN ___________!
