Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My experience is an 'echo' of many on this site, but I have gone a step further. Firstly, I would like to ask if anybody has actually been on one of these packages and has experienced the whole thing? It seems most people think it is a Ripp-Off, just because others say it is, but nobody has been on the package! Several people have received the Vouchers and bookings, but it is not exactly what they were told.

My point is, the product does exsist, but not in the form we are being told over the phone.

I flatly refused to give any Credit Card details over the phone, and this should be followed by all people out there. I know the power of a good salesman, because I have trained many. I do not condone, however, the unscrupulous way that these people 'Con' a payment in the way described.

Government should take action and we should motivate and lobby for them to do so.

FYI, I have attached a copy of the e-mail from All Seasons Travel, after I asked for full confirmation of my prize. I have also attached my reply, after doing my home work and research into this. READ and Take Head!!!!!!

My Reply was as follows.........

Hi,

Well, after the telephone call yesterday, I thought it was clear what we had agreed upon. But, with the e-mail you have sent me, none of the topics we discussed are mentioned.

You mention in passing that you use hotels such as the Radisson.....

On the phone you said that the hotel in Florida is the Radisson, for the 7day/6nt stay.

It just so happens that my good friend, is the Asia / Pacific and US Manager for Radisson Group. I sent him your details and info for comment. He was horrified!! (To say the least). He said that Radisson do not get involved in this type of 'Marketing' and have no affiliation or agreements with you or any company dealing with you as an agent. (If this is not so, then please send proof of your affiliation or agency details, he would love to see them). Radisson are going to investigate this and may take legal steps to protect their interest and name.

I am doing further research with Sheraton and Hilton too. It will be interesting to see if they have the same response as Radisson.

'Your comments' in reply, will be recorded and sent on to the investigators and Gov dept., including the Attorney General in Florida.

Furthermore, The 'Cruise Ship' SS Regal Empress, is a 51yr old 'Bucket' that has been marked for sale due to being 'Un-seaworthy'! Again, your comments to refute this, would be made available to the necessary authorities.

I Quote, from SS Maritime;

"Regal Empress has served her various owners well for a half a century and we had hoped that she might sail for another six years until the 2010 new SOLAS (Safety Of Life At Sea) regulations come in effect. However, this seems to be unlikely at this stage and her only hope is to find a suitable static role. Regal Empress has been in service with IMC for just over a year and we are aware that recently she has developed a few mechanical problems with saw a number of cruises cancelled. It is expected that IMC will sell her in the near future...."

In closing, it is interesting to see that you are listed in many BBB sites and are being reviewed by the US Gov for your 'Unscrupulous marketing 'Tack-Ticks' and 'False-Hoods'. (Ref: ftc.gov / fbi.gov / state.ga to name a few). Not to mention the bad name in the reports from bbb.com - 'Rip-Off's'.

So, I will not be giving you my Credit Card No. and not taking advantage of my PRIZE!

So, spread the word and let's get this stopped before more people lose there hard earned money to these guys.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!
