I have been arguing with this company for three months I called them 2 weeks in advance before I moved and sold my home asking them to disconnect my service tell him that I was moving to a new address first off they never disconnected my service from my old home then they said they charge me $200 to reconnect which was the new service which I didn't understand so they never disconnected my old service for my old home when I got my new house they never connected that service but they still charge me $100 towards the payment of my new house then I still was getting alerts the whole entire time on my phone from the old house when the girl is leaving I did use my debit card from the Tennessee State Bank to pay for this $100 deposit on my new system I never received.
