Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Hey I used to work for these jokers who haven't got a clue as to handle business. They right now are so far behind on paying there bills that can't even make payroll on time anymore and haven't paid some of their guards now going on three weeks now. I've called since feb 10ths to discuss the issue with corporate and all I get is the run around anymore and they keep telling me they don't know. When they let me go a week ago I recorded the conversation with my ex-boss. The thing is they are hoping that I just go away after so long but I won't. They owe me and several others thousands of dollars for back pay, Rent for the columbus office, bills. How do I know? Pull a d&B report or ask one of their vendors. I had to pay for my own class over the weekend they sent me to because they were rejected by the vendor since they never paid their bills with him. So if you're looking for security work stay away from the following:

Alliance Security and protection services,

Aero investigation and protection

Sheilds and asso.

R.L.Young and asso.

All the companies listed are run by the same group of nitwhits that are not out to take care of business but more so to make a fast dollar from unsuspecting people puting their trust and business in the care of their guard services. Be warned, They have no quality people there left and can't live up to their empty promises..

And My Suggestion to You Is

#2Consumer Suggestion

1. Report these people to your District attorney and file theft of services charges against them for the amount that they owe you on them. They stole your labor. 2. Report these people to the IRS and watch the fun from a distance. Tell them that they have not been paying their bills. That money had to go somewhere... The IRS will find it and a fun time will be had by all, except the guys who "forgot" to pay... 3. After charges have been filed, report these guys to the agency that licenses private security companies and private investigation agencies in your State. Better still, YOU get a copy of the rule and regulations that this agency requires companies licensed by it to abide by, write down all known violations and any that you suspect and report them anonymously... This will make a fun-filled audit as they scramble and stumble and get possibly fined out of existence as I saw happen to another security company owned by people like you describe here. 4. Call Crime Stoppers and report any activities that these people might have engaged in that were suspicious. For instance, people who looked a lot like those on "America's Most Wanted" showing up late at night near the back door wanting money, etc. 5. If you company provided health insurance, you might want to call the company and see if they paid any part of their share of the premium they might have deducted from your check. If not, you have some fraud to take to your state board of insurance and your attorney general's office and the IRS again. 6. Call Social Security Administration and see if these guys paid into social security what they took out of your paycheck and SAID they were paying to them. If they didn't, you better report it to the Social Security Administration because they will MAKE them pay. I had to learn this the harc way when dealing with sleazy crooked private security companies in Texas. 7. Better call IRS and see if they actually paid them what they took out of your checks. You check on them by company name.] 8. Check with your federal bankruptcy court and see if these guuys filed for bankruptcy. If not, file a claim against them now-- BEFORE they go out of business --with the Wages and Hours people or the Labor Board whatever it is called in your state. If your state has a Payday Law like we do in Teaxs, file a report with them. They will freeze all these peoples' assets until they PAY what they OWE. This is usually handled by the State Employment Agency. And make sure THEY find out what is going on there,. 9. DOCUMENT,DOCUMENT,DOCUMENT! I hope you can get a reasonably priced attorney because you are going to need one! Do yourself a BIG favor and GET OUT of the Private Security Industry like I had to do. It isn't much better anyplace else and never will be unless you make a committment to UNIONIZE with the AFL-CIO Service Workers Union!
