KANSAS CITY,#2Consumer Suggestion
Mon, October 02, 2006
This company has a history of doing employees wrong. Coast to coast I have seen complaints online, and I can't believe the EEOC has not did anything major to punish them for their conduct. It looks like you are a scape-goat, as not starting out originally ( a carry-over from another company), your EXODUS may have been in the plans. From other complaints, breaking company policies and procedures is not an option ( even when it is common sense),unless it is convenient for the upper management. I suggest to employess to get everything in writing(good and bad), complaints, suspensions, promotions ect..., or you may find yourself getting the run-around. Leaving the company on whatever terms, may be a blessing in disguise.
