Allied International Moving Refuses to honor Insurance claim for damages Chicago Illinois
My household goods were moved from France to Phoenix in February/March of 2003. I insured the move at a total cost of aproximately $1000 on a estmated value of $56000.
At delivery it was discovered and noted on the the "customer Check-off Sheet" that a $3500 Armoire was badly damaged and an item was totally missing. The sheet was signed by the Allied Agent. I have received nothing from the agent in France and Allied International in Chicago refuses any assistance. At this point, I have no recourse except to proceed with litigation.
