We took Merchant services from Allied wallet to charge our customers using Visa and mastercard, they build up a good relation with us and gained our trust for good 6 months and we agreed to pay 10% as rolling reserves. when the time came to start releasing the reserves they gave us no reasons for stopping us to charge on the merchant and disabled our login ID and password. On contacting them they had no reasons to cancel our contract as per their term we met everything. The Chargeback % was given to us as 10% as our Business was considered by them as High Risk and we never exceeded above 2% of chargebacks as per them on reports, when asked for the payments to be released tge call was transferred to Moe who said that there will be money released from their end to us. They had 180 days policy of returning the rest of the policy to which they denied and said their will be no payment released from our end and if you want ask your attony to get in touch with our attony.

 

They have ripped us big time its close to $70000 - $80000 USD which they are not refunding to the customers even and redericting the customers to us time and again for services.

This is a complain filed so that like us people do not get ripped off like we did.
