allnewsports was sued in michigan 81st district court for $642 plus acruing interest. brian ngyun is the license holder newton kansas the license is number 4022182 and is delinkquent as of 6-23-08 the business manager is a supposed sarah butler
as of 8-12-08 they have not paid the judgement, nor have they contacted the court or answered our attorney's letter that was sent 7-22-08 we are now in the process of aquiring a subpoena, which will disclose all their assets,bank accounts and tax records to date, to satisfy this judgement.
the better business has said and i quote (this company has an unsatifactory record with the BBB due to a pattern of complaints and has failed to correct the underlying reason for the complaints dated 6-23-08
these people could have avoided all this, by simply paying their court ordered judgement of $642 plus interest. running from this mr. ngyun and not answering emails and letters ms. sarah is only going to make things worse! now do the right thing, step up to the plate and pay your lawsuit judgement NOW!!!
