On the 9 10 04,i received message on computer i had won a holiday in usa.I rang overeas and a girl answered with all kinds of details,and i became confused,at the end i was asked for my bankcard,on the assurance that it would not be used untill i could think, as i explained that,as i was tape recorded,i did not have enough credit on my BC,and please do not use it.I understood it was needed to Hold the holiday?

The young lady said ''Dont worry about it you have plenty of time..?

I came off the phone in a daze and within 4hrs,

my bank said the amount of $1,313.70 AU

$ 889.00 USA

had been withdrawn!I am an OLD AGE PENSIONER

and stunned that they could do this without giving me time to think-

There is no way i would take on such dept,as

i have, no way to pay the bank back. Airfares also ,would be out of the question.

I rang Florida 5 times and still recieved no correct e-mail address etc,for Florida? I was told to put the cancellation in writing,and send to below address-I did this 11 9 04 and registered the letter. 22 9 04 no replys---------

I have also, sent e mails with no response what so ever

I tried to contact a [email protected]

and his e mail address is not correct

I managed by e mail to contact MR P hOPE

e mail address [email protected]

who are listed on the computer -as board

members,but still no reply.

I have received no word since the date of

9 9 04,no e mails, no brochures.

But my money has gone,for what,i cannot

remember it all happened so fast--

Wouldnt, any pensioner like a nice holiday,

but not when it breaks them as it has done to me.I have no idea if i will get my money back ,and looking at the stories here of others,it seems i am not the only one?

I am old,and sick with the worry--

I am amazed that Laura Urbina and Tony Pope,

and whoever else i spoke to, in their office in Florida,9 10 04 can feel comfortable with what they have done,after promising they would (not withdraw the money,untill i had time to think.

No brochure no letter no e mails just NOTHING...If they wont Cancel- and send the money back,i do not know how i can ever pay back the bank as my bank card is now way,over credit..With the interest on it i think it will cause much hardship.

Beware--do not give your BC details to this company,do not!...Because be sure they will use it straight away. reading others stories i am suprised they are allowed to

operate,or even that they do operate!

Dont wait for replys because they will not come--Guess,its all part of the plan.

I live in Atlanta, Ga and was shocked to read the report on allseasons travel, they have called my house several times and I asked them to never call my house again, and they also asked for my credit card information which I never give over the phone. The company needs to be put out of business they continue to rip-off consumers. I was instructed to never give banking information or credit card information out over the phone. If the company continues to call your home let them know you will contact the FCC and file a lawsuit against the company. I will call the company and let them know what they did was very wrong and they need to give back the money.
