Allstarmotivation is the worst company I have ever encountered. To start off the president Billy(William) Nolan is the worst thing about this company. He cannot spell, he cannot do anything for himself, he has the biggest ego I believe to have ever seen, and he wont pay you what your owed. Even though Billy seems to be a great guy hes just too busy hooking up with his "CEO's" as in his Candyrose office or his Vanity stars office and hiding it from his girlfriend. Now for the company it self the product does not last long on you at all it is not really from Europe. It is just cheap perfume not even worth what people buy it for.Even though Billy says you will get promoted you wont most of the time he already chooses certain people, helps them get through the training program and then promotes them. So if you still struggling to get your 100 bottles dont bother you will never have your own office. Now one thing they try to do here is trick you when you go in for your orientation you will have to fill out paperwork before you fill it out even if they are trying to rush you read it! You are signing up to be an independent contractor YOU DO NOT WORK FOR THE COMPANY THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOU. You will also have to fill out a W-9. Make sure you read it! You do not accualy really ever work in the "office" setting here. You will always be selling bottles out of your trunk and if you dont have gas or anything doesnt matter to Billy you will be walking selling his product all day. You WILL go to jail if you are pulled over and they find their product you WILL go to jail if you get caught selling their product. Its called soliciting they will tell you they have a business license for you to carry it will get you out of trouble its legal. No it is not legal and no the business license does not work.They will just arrest you and Billy will NOT get you out or help you. But guess what they are completely safe because you signed the independent contractor form stating they are not responsible. Just a bit of advice DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!
