I went to the website and put in my information. Then I read the details and decided I didn't want to receive more and clicked out of the site. Unfortunately, I had put my credit card information in, but did not click on place order. It went through any way and when I called. He said he couldn't change it and I could call and tell them I didn't want any more. I recieved a charge on my account 14 days later and again in August for $92.90 for the Elegant Eye and $94.90 for the Elite Skin Complex, which is all Allumiderm. When I called to say I was returning the box I had just received. They told me they do not take returns and would not return any charges made to my account. I cancelled as of 8/7/2017, but was charged for two items I did not want. I have never ordered something that could not be returned, especially, if the box had not been opened. The company is a scam.
