Allumiderm Allumineye Scam, horrible customer service, crooks DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT Costa Mesa Internet
I ordered this product Allumiderm as a trial. I went through a link on a website stating that Joanna Gaines is getting out of her HGTV business to focus on her new skin care line. I really like her and respect her so thought why not give it a try. No where on the website did it say it would be a reoccurring charge. It took several days to get to my house. Then there was never any information or form mailed with the product. I tried to call the company to make sure this wasn't an auto ship deal. The first guy I talked to had no idea what he was doing....or at least acted like he didn't. After 20 minutes on the phone I gave up and said I would call back later. A few days later I called back and spoke to a "Melissa". She was very unhelpful and basically said there was nothing she could do except to give me a 35% discount. I did not agree to it and demanded my money back. She hung up on me. I then called back and talked to another gal and she had no clue what she was doing and kept putting me on hold. Then came back and said there was nothing she could do so I asked to talk to a manager. He gave me the same song and dance. I explained to him I had called back during my "trial" period but the guy did not know what he was doing. The manager then said that all of their calls are linked to a phone number and there would have been record of it and he did not show that. Then he went on to say that I had agreed to the 35% discount. LIE! The agent hung up on me when I started to pressure her about gettting my money back. This whole thing and this entire company is nothing but a scam. They are crooks and are taking people's money. I am so surprised Joanna Gaines is even associated with such an unethical company. So disappointing. Beware. I would not trial this product. They will lie and figure out a way to scam you.
