The site offered a free sample , $5.95 for shipping. The claims, stories, ads were all false, made-up famous people supposedly using their product. I ordered a free sample. Two weeks later I was charged $89.95 for supposedly signing up for that.
It was impossible to see the terms of agreement. They were deliberately burried in minutely small print that only could be read with a magnifier. It is a deliberate rip off and scam to filch money from innocent victims. A company is legally obliged to explain their terms in a readible and obvious manner. Alluderm deliberately concealed the terms in order to gain a massif rip-off.
When I called they at first offered me a $30 reduction. I insisted all of my money returned . They argued and argued and finally said they had all the lawyers and legality behind them and there was nothing I could do.
