Aloha Construction Beware-I worked here and know all thier "tricks" Lake Zurich Illinois
Beware! I worked for this company and am aware of all of their "tricks". Beware especially if you are a senior. I quit due to their unethical business practices as it was shocking what they do!
Some things to do before you are strong armed by the sales rep or mangers:
Call your insurance agent before you let them place a claim on your behalf. Do not be strong armed. If you make a claim your rates will go up whether or not the insurance company approves or disapproves the claim.
Refuse to sign the contract until you talk to your insurance agent.
Do not pick out the roof shingles or the siding....this is where they get you on the contract hook. Wait until you have the check from the insurance company. Again, don't let them strong arm you as they will get managers to call you and say you are "bound"
YOU CAN HAVE ANY ROOFING COMPANY FIX YOUR ROOF>>>SHOP AROUND, CHECK REVIEWS, ASK FOR REFERENCES OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE WORKED WITH THEM. ASK YOUR INSURANCE AGENT TO RECOMMEND A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
