The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Tim Jones during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards Alpha Seven Energy.

Alpha Seven Energy is a private oil and gas company. Tim Jones stated the following about his company, 'we drill oil wells with the help of our partners. So basically, we raise capital in order to drill oil wells."

Leads for Alpha Seven Energy are primarily obtained through networking, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Mr. Jones stated the following about the sales and services process for Alpha Seven Energy, "typically what would happen is they either fill out a form to request more information or reach out to us directly. And one of our Senior VP’s would reach out to them and explain the projects and give them all of the information that we have on the projects that we work on and you know just go through that information with them step by step. After that, once they have either made a decision to do business with us or not we do have a lot of interaction with them at that point."

Mr. Jones was asked to describe the escalation process for a client who was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He stated the following, "the people who partner with us understand the industry and that things take time. So most of the time they are very flexible. We have had a couple of people call with concerns and things like that so we have a director of partner relationships who takes those calls and walks anyone who is concerned through any of their concerns and makes sure we have answered everything that they need we make sure that we take care of them to the fullest ability right? We have included partners in other projects they weren't included in when they aren’t happy but that is very rare I think it has happened maybe once or twice. So most of the time they will call with a concern and we just take it over the phone and handle it. We have had a couple of partners come in that wanted to have conversations and we always work to make sure they leave very happy and satisfied about where things are."

CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – ALPHA SEVEN ENERGY

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website in correlation with Chris Hemsworth and Alpha Seven Energy Mr. Jones stated the following, "So we had a gentleman who had sold he was a vendor for us who sold us some data to work on. When we paid him he took that check and made fraudulent copies. So he went to the bank with the fake checks that he made and was able to withdraw a considerable amount of money from our account before the bank caught on and gave us a call that there is this guy here and he is using your account number and routing number and he is taking money out of your account. We feel like this is fraudulent because it was either the 5th or 6th time that he had done it. So when the bank called us Chris immediately called the guy that was doing this and the guy said hey listen I am going to go write a report on you guys if you don’t pay me and I don’t remember the amount of money was but he was basically trying to extort money from us. Chris immediately called the police and they came up here and he tried to trap the guy and say he was going to pay him and the guy sent someone else in his stead whom the police questioned. Basically, it was the very next day that he wrote the report on Chris not paying his bills and stuff like that...then another report popped up there about an investor which we knew was fraudulent because we did not have any investors by that name and we additionally did not have any investments or partnerships in the amount. So we knew that one was fraudulent as well. We reached out and asked for any documentation that could prove that he invested and he never responded. And then I think it was 3 or 4 days it was maybe Wednesday of last week we received a call from the detectives that were working that case and they said they were going to issue a warrant for his arrest as they were able to obtain enough evidence that he had been writing fraudulent checks from us."

In order to ensure that clients are receiving the best experience possible Alpha Seven Energy is dedicated to providing clear expectations and communication with their clients. Mr. Jones stated the following, "Internally we have been working on policies and procedures to follow when we bring in vendors and how we pay those vendors just to prevent the possibility of something like that happening again. And most of it has just been very reactive as nothing like that had happened to us before. A lot of it has been just about ways to prevent something like that from happening again. As for our partners and everything goes we feel that the methods we are using now those are working. When they call with an issue or complaint or a question we take those very seriously. In that sense we are very good with our customer's services and a lot of it has come from our checks and balances and making sure we know where our vendors are from and their background and histories and things like that. Unfortunately, before we did anything with this guy we received an email maybe 3 or 4 months before from a guy whom the same individual had done something to and we just didn’t recognize it or hadn’t stored that email in our memories well enough to remember the same guy. So, I think going forward we are going to keep better accounts of people that we know are in the industry doing that type of thing."

This company wrote several bad checks to me. The total was a few thousand dollars. They are raising money from investors which is very concerning to me. If they can't pay a supplier a few thousand, how are they going to pay investors that invest $100,000?

It's not even so much the money as much as how they behaved after the fact. They are very shady and lack any accountability. They are from Australia and are probably here to rip everybody off, just like they ripped me off. 

BEWARE to all Suppliers and Investors.

If you have invested with this company call the proper authorities.

 

These people agreed to have a E-Check made and deposited, and are blaming the people they wrote it to for it bouncing. These people are scum. 

 

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY IT RINGS A FAMILIAR TUNE. Read the article below where Breitling blames it's clients for it's extravagent spending at strip clubs.

You know that is where it starts. The Breitling scam unraveled when they had suppliers after them. They couldn't pay a printing company after raising $80 Million. 

These guys at Alpha Seven can't pay a simple bill. Seems Sketchy to me. Buyer beware do not invest.

This complaint was reported by a known Investor lead Scammer.  AKA’s Jim Stevens, Joe Wolo, Pat Gil, Ralph Bell,  Guss Rizzo, Charles Perry… Blue Star Group,  Commodity Investor, Guss Rizzo investments and I’m sure many more. We did buy leads for this guy before we know he was a scammer. The two checks we wrote him, he cashed and then would make electronic checks and cash them. We found out what was going on and put a stop payment on all checks we wrote him and his companies, two checks cleared.  

Over the last 24 hours. He has been sending me texts trying to extort money, numbers he texted form form. 405-339-7027 and 704-880-6048, if we don’t Pay he would put us on Rip Off Report and write fake and false reviews on Google. Please see the photo and texts he sent me and look at the email below I got late last year for Jason. 

Also, I have copies of the checks tried to fraud and tried to cash

I just wanted to reach out to some colleges of mine raising capital to share a warning about Guss Rizzo. Guss Rizzo AKA Charles Perry AKA Commodity Investor leads AKA Guss Rizzo investments. This young man is scamming people left and right with fake investor leads and lying about everything they entail. He charged my credit card on a second occasion after sending me replacements that were supposed to be free and blamed someone else. Both sets of leads are complete garbage. This man is a drunk with a drug problem, buyer beware!
