Alt.com ripoff, site does not correct gliches Internet
I have been a silver member for quite some time on alt.com.
I will keep this short. The site does not operate in the manner that it did when I first was a member.
I have tried,to no avail, to contact alt support to assist and they only respond with busy work about my computer and it's operatoing system etc...they do not address the issue/s stated.
I have read the other complaints about this site and it's affiliates and the complaints are varied but offer no way to resolve the problems.
I would welcome feedback on this site and how to correct the many problems therein.
