A home in or neighborhood has been vacant for years without care. Alitsource Property Preservation has been contacted numerous times and still has not taken care of the problem. The property is a fire and rodent/pest hazard. We mowed the yard for years to keep property values up and preserve our community.
This company is international. Today I spoke to a "Customer Care Representative" in Manilla. The last time I called was over a month ago. They said they would get back to me in 4 days but didn't. What does a company in a different continent care about homeowners trying to maintain property value?
This property is still in "Pre Foreclosure" after 5 years. Bank or America was the preditory lending agency on this home.
