Alucia Charged me twice for something that I cancelled 12/26/16. It was within the 14 days to cancel. Albany Georgia
I ordered Alucia on line on 12/19/17. When I received the Alucia on 12/22/16, I used it once and I broke out. I called the company and told them what happened; they said I would be charged 49.95 because I had opened the container. I agreed to that.
Now they have charged me $89.98 on Jan 5 and Feb 3. Have called and they told me they have cancelled my order but they are still billing me.
