Alyon Technologies is billing telephone numbers for their porn clients to avoid the issue of selling to minors. This way they put the burden of proof on the person who pays for the phone or internet service.
Access to porn sites is by popup adds. This practice should be stopped.
Alyon and their porn clients know exactly who is accessing these sites. I found a filled out form in my computer with a name on it. Young people don't think to lie as much as an older more experienced person, especially if they think the porn is "free". The form mentions free this and free that but makes no reference what so ever to pay per view.
Contact the Attorney General of your state. Write anyone who might be interested in how this company operates and don't pay the bill.

Alyon Technologies "clients" not playing fair?

I have found an entry from July 29,02, time 6:51:34AM. The document type was Microsoft HTML Document 5.0.It had an E icon with sexmaxx.htm I don't go to porn sites so where this came from I have no idea. I was accessing email at this time for a while. Part of this download contains the same program that Alyon's client uses in their download. Find both, copy and send to the FTC and FCC. If you were getting popups without going to Alyon's client's web page, this could be where they are coming from. Good luck. I found it, you can too.
