Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This rip off company has a long history of using small business like myself and not paying them. After some research I have found that there are countless companies in all phases of contstruction that have been burned by these guys and then they simply move on to the next one in line. Well Amani, you have picked the wrong company to play these games with. Unlike these other companies I will not take it laying down. First, let me say that they disguise their address and offices as one of there properties. They are actually located at the Seafood Wholesalers property (they have a office upstairs) no sign, no listed phone (except the seafood place) and their only contact is through their job foreman or property manager (who dont even have business cards) website is a worthless page for getting emails. If all the red flags of "shady outfit" doesnt fly on this, nothing will. My company (small business) did work for them last December. Granted I had done work for them in the past and had to fight to get paid and didnt want to do anymore for them. Their manager Gary, assured me that it would be different and I would be paid promptly and he would stay on top of it. Against my better judgement I agreed and did the work. Everyone was your buddy while you did the work, not the case afterwards.

After 2 weeks I contacted Gary and he stated that check was going to be sent out the next day or two,  Gauranteed!!!  It has now been right at a month and still no check. They now dont return phone calls or emails and obviously have no attention of paying. As a small business man I want to make any and all contractors (this is who they target) to either demand a check when your job is complete or save yourself the money on material and labor and avoid this P.O.S. of a company altogether. Otherwise you will have to go through the legal process like I now have to to get paid.  CROOKS!!!!!
