Department of Assessments and Taxation Use Unlicensed Sales Representatives in the State of Maryland Baltimore Maryland
The MHIC ( Maryland Home Improvent Commission) requires that ALL sales representatives pass a test and carry a H.I. sales license for all in home sales. Non of Ambassadors Maryland reps have them?
Kip is the name of one of the so called sales rep in Maryland, and he keeps telling potential customers he is licensed when in fact he is not!!
I suggest if he comes to your home to sell you a pool make sure he shows you his own sales License, a contractors lic is not the same as a sales license unless you own the company and the MHIC contractors Lic is in your name
