TheVortal Marketing Fall2007Offer...

This was an offer by Amber Jalink of www.dimeconsultants.com and thevortal.com to raise money for her family relocation. She promised to put links on her sites and to promote ones web site via her supposed professional skills that get traffic.

She said within her marketing that she would start it in 3 weeks... She is wise that PAYPAL.COM won't touch or demand a refund after about 45 days. She kept pushing the start date further and further away, claiming her internet service was not in place and she couldn't communicate. Funny, she was able to conjure up internet service to send a reply email to explain that the $97 special offer she presented would get in full swing soon...

Beware! Months went by and still email after email of delays because of this and that including the dog ate the programmers code schematic.

She is a liar! thief! con artist! I wrote to her to let her know that all her talk about her many years online is what aids her in knowing all the tricks and games to steal new people online money.

You will imo be sorry if you waste your time and money with this royal con-artist B!

My $97 investment only went to feed her FAT face.

There are several discrepancies to this post: 1) TheVortal was created three years ago (2005) - not in 2007/2008 and we have not offered ANY advertising options for that website since (all ads were live) 2) "the programmer ate the code" - YES in 2005 we DID have problems with some programming issues (but no one 'ate the code') - and while it was about a 3 month delay, we DID get it out, and we DID get all advertising out that was submitted to us 3) Anyone who has paid for advertising from us has access to post their ads. We can only tell people so many times to submit their ads - we're not expected to do it for them, and they did not pay us to do it for them. 4) We did an advertising deal WELL Over three years ago discussing a move we were considering doing (relocating/expanding from Canada to the US). We did not do the move although we did pay lawyers for the start of the paperwork - however we chose to hold the expansion for corporate reasons. Again, all ads went out of those who submitted. 5) "net connections" may have been an issue during a move - it is with everyone. The only time I was ever "without" a net connection was always clearly stated to our members that we would be offline for a certain number of days due to a personal move getting things reconnected - if a person has attempted to contact us ignoring our posts of being offline, and they blast us for not replying "fast enough" - (usually ones who won't wait for a weekend to pass) - we can't control their lack of patience and normal business hours. Regardless of refund policies of paypal: a) we've ALWAYS stated advertising is non-refundable, including that we are not responsible if they do not submit their ads when told b) when there was a delay, we compensated our advertisers by giving them a bonus to apologize for the delay. I'm not sure why this person is having issue three years later - although there were a few who attempted to come back and fraudulently claim they purchased more recently (with no proof) but still have not submitted their ads. Had this person contacted me directly at a working address, we would have ensured they submitted their ads properly. (Some people neglect to remember or realize that when we get the email, we do reply - but THEY or their ISP may have our email blocked). There is no fraud occurring, our advertisers (who regularly DO get advertising and I can prove their ad views) have their ads online when they submit them and respond if we ask for clarifications. Other people get their ads out - and if they don't get sales, they automatically blame the advertising - yet we never promise sales or responses, only that their ads will be seen. (That's with any advertising system!) This person is blatantly rude and abusive - and if they did contact us in that manner, our terms on our websites clearly say we have the right to ban them and their use of our systems - since I'm not sure who this person is, I can only say that this could be also the case.
