Now today by some miracle it has made it's way from on a truck somewhere in the U.S. back into your shop

and is on a bench, apart?

* You are a habitual liar by stating you will return my calls the next day. You have NEVER done this in 8 months. You've never returned my calls even within 2 weeks. Today is the only exception and that's only because I left you 21 voice mail messages in a row.

* You are a habitual liar by stating to me that you will send me a detailed receipt of my purchase.

You have NEVER done so in 8 months. I still don't have a detailed receipt from your company for my almost $2300 purchase.

* You have been a habitual liar by stating to me that you would send me a detailed warranty of my purchase. After hounding you, you finally sent it, FIVE MONTHS later. (See attached)

* You lied about the warranty stating the cooler must be replaced each time the transmission is removed. It is no where in my warranty.

* You have lied about what is wrong with my transmission. There is NO metal in it. This is confirmed by my certified transmission shop: XXXXX

 
* You yell and hang up when caught in a lie.

* You lied to me about the shop and how the transmission was installed by claiming it was done "up against the building outside".

All work was done in XXXXXXXX certified shop by a certified tech with ALL paperwork correctly documented. The fact that I got a break on HIS price, has nothing to do with you or your product.

The transmission you sold me was defective according to the shop and the tech, with paperwork to prove it.

So here is the situation. I am a disabled vet. I have been without my vehicle because of YOU for over 3 months. I have nothing but time to do everything it takes to force you to make this right by me. You have not only ripped me off, but you have ripped off countless of others that don't have the resources I have available to me. I have more resources than you can imagine, nationwide, that will help me to help you make this right by me.

This is your FINAL opportunity to fix my transmission and ship it out to XXXXXX within 7 business days.

If you have no intention of doing that, you will return my existing transmission (you know, the one you told me was in transit a few days ago) to High Desert RV.

I know what you're trying to do and it's not going to work out for you. You're mad that I contacted the owner.

Anthony was very nice and courteous to me on the phone (unlike you).

I'm sure he does not want me to be a gnat in his face regarding this. And if YOU don't fix this, then that is my only choice. So suck it up, be a good man and send me my new transmission to my mechanic.

The scam artist are now functioning with a new a comopany called BESTBUYTRANSMISSION.COM at 1734 Avenida Del Sol in Boca Raton 954 482-3251 doing the same thing he is the same owner of AME TRANSMISSION horrible people.I am a ex employee of bestbuytransmission.com and I am so disgusted with ANTHONY MIGNANO JR & ANTHONY MIGNANO SR they robbed me blind.I sacraficed so much for those people words cant describe how i feel I had  $7500 in tools half of them went missing I didnt get paid for 2 and half months straight,and when he would sell upgraded units to customers he did not want me buy upgraded parts and in fact he told me to use USED PARTS,they also stuck me with a $5000 parts bill since they couldnt have ther own account because they screwed over wits & transtar for over $40,000 a peice.I love what I do Im very humble, pasionate about it but,they took advantage of me & took some many peoples hard earned money these people just dont do good business stay away from this place.

 I am sorry for the problems you had with this company and thats why I no longer help this company. I was just doing what I was told and trying to keep things together for them on a shoestring budget and in the process I get slammed, in which I understand as I was first line of defense. I always tried to help but the situation I was in I just could not satisfy everyone or keep up with complaints. When you have poor quality units going out it is very difficult to keep people happy. I do apologize to everyone for the problems you may have had. May you have better luck in the future.

Have no idea who your are but being a disabled Vet has everything to do with this situation.



I have no other mode of transportation. I've had to cancel too many doctors appointments tocount. There. I played THAT card.

You sure seem to have your undies in a bunch over a situation that you are in no way involved with.

The business and I are in the process of clearing this matter up. When that happens, I'll withdraw my complaints.



I suggest you find a hobby.

First off, being a disabled veteran has NOTHING to do with this, so lets not play THAT card!

What does matter is HONESTY.  If they lied to you, strung you along or treated you poorly (which it sems they did) unless there's more to this,  such as what was the dialogue before you began it in this report.

What I indeed want you to realize is many of those so called consumer rating places are purely bogus and are nothing more than a "pay for play" scheme which means the business "joins" by paying money which in turn buys them whatever "rating" they want.  The BBB is at the top of the list in that regard!  In fact, a better name for them is BBB-BS.  The BBB-BS will SELL any business whatever PHONEY rating they want.  The BBB-BS is NOT part of ANY government body, they have ZERO powers to do anything.  If you were to report this place to the BBB-BS, they would use your report as a SALES PITCH and attempt to SELL them their worthless "membership" which comes along with the PHONEY ACCREDITATION.  In other words, the BBB-BS is a SCAM perfectly in line with a phoney diploma mill. 

Somehow, someway, you need to cut your losses and I highly suggest you begin a relationship with an independent mechanic.  Don't even consider having this handled by a dealer!
