It is amazing. It is amazing that there are still scam companies out there who still can make it sound so good that one can get caught in their trap.
I sent my application and $10 5 MONTHS AGO!!!! I have left several messages on their voice mail, sent several messages on their email. Most of the time, I could not leave messages because their voice mail has been full for the entire week and their HOTMAIL account is full from all the messages they do not check.
Finally, after leaving them a voice message yesterday, threatening to consult my attorney on appropriate legal action, I get an email that says I am accepted. What a coincidence. It took them 5 months to "process" my application, but only a week to cash my check? Go figure.
You know what is the most amazing thing of all is? There are people who defend the company. Either they know of a secret phone number or email address that they can actually get ahold of someone or they have the same sick heart that those who run the company have. Yeah, they are making money, but they are not telling you how many suckers they are dragging in with them, I don't think they really care just as long as they get their money. Afterall, who needs a conscious when you have money, right?
I have done a search on this company over the internet and I have found more bad comments and suggestions regarding the company than good ones. Does that not tell anyone who works there that they are part of the problem? Does anyone there have the cajones to stand up and say that this is not right? Or, is every last single one of them the same blood money sucking leeches?
I will not stop in trying to bring justice to this company and liberating all those blind people who think they are happy working for them. They may say they have legitimate work, they may say that the company delivers on everything they promised, but how do we know they aren't just blowing some hot air just like thier website does all over the place? You want proof?
Read the section as to why they are not listed with the BBB. They say that they only have good comments about their company, that no one ever complains and that they do not have a reason to be listed with the BBB. Do me a favor? Go to www.bbb.com and look up the company. Look at how many complaints that are unresolved. Look at the comments that the BBB has stated about the company, the part where it says that after many attempts to contact the company, they are not able to put up any more information regarding the company because they have received no response.
Gee, doesn't that sound familiar? Funny, how an unlisted company with the BBB has so many negative comments coming from the BBB's website.
If you have not yet filed a complaint with the BBB, please goto www.bbb.com and file your complaint regarding American Secretarial Services. With enough complaints, something will have to be done with the company and justice will prevail.
