America On Line ripoff scan artists deserve to be shut down Internet
AOL took $250.60 out of my checking account. I gave them only permission to take out 23.90 for monthly fee's. I called aol, and the guy I talked to was very nice. He said that I had changed my internet service back in January to the broadband which runs through the cable....well, I do not have the cable, nor did I change anything! Like i said the guy i talked to was
very nice. He was acting like he was fixing everything and said they would put the money back in my account.... in the meantime.
My house insurance check that I wrote had bounced twice.
They told me the money would be back in the account in 10-14 working days...... well those days are gone and no money! I called them back today and they flat out told me I was not getting my money back. I called my bank and filled out an (Affidavit of Unauthorized ACH Debit Activity Report). The ladies at my bank said you would not believe the people the A.O.L. has done the same thing too....just in their bank. They said that so far AOL did not return anyones money that they know
of. So people here is this big multi-million...probably billion dollar company taking half the money I have to live on per month,
I am on disability. I get 555 per month. So Anyone who has AOL I would suggest that you go to an honest internet provider...
